Hi! I'm Sydney! I started Sydney Robyn Consulting because I'm driven by a passion for helping others by doing what I do best. Legal operations! Specifically, I specialize in process improvement through the use of right-sized technology.

Over the last five years, I have spent the majority of my time becoming an expert in Ironclad CLM, and am a badged Ironclad Implementation partner. I also have a passion for Legal operations foundations and Legal technology sourcing. I'm continually inspired by the untapped potential of technology and the opportunities it presents.

Having explored various roles in the workforce, I feel lucky to have found what I love. I look forward to bringing my passion and expertise to your next Legal operations project!

Hired as an Ironclad subject matter expert to assist with Ironclad launch. Enhanced workflows and created training library with custom content prior to launch. Primary system administrator of Ironclad. Assessed and implemented Evisort for a legacy contract migration project and post-signature analytics.

2018-2022

Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc.

Sourced new enterprise CLM (Ironclad) that went live in 5 months. Handled all aspects of the project from project management, system configuration to corporate communication and training. Primary system administrator for over 500 users and 25 workflows. Approver in ERP, validating Legal review prior to PO creation.

2017-2018

Reviewed and negotiated all Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work and Change Orders for the company. Approver in ERP, validating Legal review prior to PO creation.
